Coach Reynolds is starting his 10th year at Baylor. Prior to Baylor; Coach Reynolds coached at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga as the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach he also served as Wellness Director for the Chattanooga Metro YMCA and he brings over 20 years of expierence as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach to Baylor.
Coach Reynolds is a United States Amature Weightlifting (U.S.A.W.) certified weight lifting coach he also held certifications from The American College of Sports Medicine and is a member National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
He majored in Business Managment at Bryan College. "I feel very blessed to be a part of The Baylor School, it has been good to me and my family and I only hope I can be as good to Baylor as it has been to me. I am very blessed to be on such a great staff, and Coaching for Coach Massey is and honor."

Julian Kaufman - Bio/ Contact Info
Julian Kaufman has been working the fields of strength and conditioning, wellness, nutrition and personal training in the Chattanooga area since 1993. He received a BA in Health & Exercise Science from Furman University. He received a masters in education from Covenant College with a specialty in curriculum and instruction. He is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS), USA Track & Field, and EPIC Rating. He has also completed courses in olympic weightlifting through USA Weightlifting.
Julian has technical experience working along side exercise scientists in human performance (vital capacity, stress test, heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, flexibility), exercise phyisiology (max VO2, O2 deficit, hydrostatic weighing, anaerobic threshold), biomechanics and motor development.
Julian has coached football, wrestling and track at the varsity level. He lettered in football, wrestling and track in high school and played defensive back in college at Furman University. At Baylor Julian serves as an assistant strength and conditioning coach, and varsity football and track coach. He owns Fitness Together One on One Personal Training.
